Cookie Policy

1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. We use them, along with similar browser storage, to keep the site working and to understand how visitors use it.

2. Cookies & Storage We Use

NameTypePurposeDuration
_gaAnalytics (Google Analytics)Distinguishes unique visitors2 years
_ga_<container-id>Analytics (Google Analytics)Persists session state for GA42 years

Your cookie consent choice itself is remembered in your browser's local storage (not a cookie) and is never transmitted to us. Cloudflare Web Analytics, used for aggregate traffic stats, is cookieless and runs regardless of your consent choice.

3. Notice & Consent

The session cookie is strictly necessary and isn't subject to consent: it's only ever set when a staff member logs into the admin panel. The Google Analytics cookies above are only set after you click "Accept" on the cookie banner shown on your first visit; clicking "Decline" keeps them off entirely.

4. Managing Cookies

You can change your consent choice at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site, which brings the consent banner back. You can also block or delete cookies entirely through your browser's settings; see Google's guide to managing cookies for common browsers.

5. Third-Party Policies

Google Analytics cookies are governed by their privacy policy. See our Privacy Policy for how we use the data these cookies collect.
